Common questions
What sizes do you offer?
Three: 1 inch, 2.25 inch, and 3 inch. Each design lists the sizes it can be pressed at full quality.
How fast do orders ship?
Most orders are pressed and shipped within about three business days, then 3 to 7 business days in transit.
Where do you ship?
The United States only, at a flat $4.50 per order. See the shipping policy for the details.
Can I order a custom design?
Yes — reach out via the contact form with your artwork and we'll let you know which sizes it supports.
What file quality do you need for custom art?
We check real pixel dimensions against each size at 300 DPI. Bigger is better.
Do you accept returns?
Yes — 30 days from delivery, for any reason, as long as they come back unworn. You cover the return postage. If something arrived damaged or wrong, we cover it: contact us before sending anything back.
